    A Day in the Life of a CreditRepair.com Member Services Advisor:

    You will be the front line of communication to cultivate our relationship with our members. As you answer incoming calls from our current members, you will be their guide and support in answering their credit repair questions. You will:

    • Answer calls promptly and professionally
    • Efficiently respond to member inquiries with empathy
    • Provide members with product and service information
    • Research required information using available resources
    • Follow-up with members when necessary
    • Complete a simple call log
    • Always deliver an outrageous service experience


    Our Well-Qualified Advisors are:

    • Experienced: You have delivered sales or customer service excellence for at least 3 months and are confident in your ability to deliver an outrageous client experience
    • Computer savvy: You understand basic programs and are able to navigate a computer with ease and are able to type at least 30 words per minute.
    • Punctual and responsible: You pride yourself as being on time and working as scheduled
    • Problem-solvers: You exhibit empathy and think both logically and creatively to solve problems with a smile
    • De-escalation gurus: You excel at managing pressure. In stressful moments, you keep your cool, patiently direct the situation appropriately and turn the moment around by providing a positive experience
    • Retention masters: You skillfully preserve member relationships and see the unique individual in each call.
    • Multi-taskers: You effortlessly navigate through multiple software programs while simultaneously listening to understand and take appropriate action.
    • Verbal communication specialists: You are a master at communicating and are highly skilled in maintaining a pleasant, patient and professional tone and pace
    • Written communication pros: Your writing is clear, concise and understandable for your audience
    • Coachable: Feedback is an important part of the learning process and you enjoy partnering with your leader to sharpen your skills and develop your talents
    • Team players: You enjoy collaborating with your team and maintain a high standard of professionalism
    • Flexible: You see change as a challenge, are agile and adapt to easily.
    • Passionate: You thrive working in a repetitive, fast-paced, high production work environment
    • Experience with billing, collections and/or negotiating is helpful
